Twilight Shepherd : It is good against mass removal, i think it's combo with dramatic entrance (it brings back the drama wich put it into play), and it' s a good angel for battle.

dramatic entrance wont work on twilight shepherd, its only for green creatures.

On another note, why is feral hydra there, if you dramatic entrance it into play it is a 0/0, so its not really anything special imo. you can try playing cream of the crop to fix your draws and help you dig for more creatures/more dramatic entrances. i also am not sure if playing elvish visionary is really worth it, a 1/1 that cantrips doesnt do too much for your deck. play gift of the gargantuan maybe? and you should play cloudthresher, its good and can "dramatic entrance" itself into play. Kitchen finks is a good green creatures that helps hold off aggro/comes back after a board sweeper, maybe play that over elvish visionary or civic wayfinder.

you can turn three dramatic entrance off of a turn two devoted druid. may be better than either the birds or the llanowar elves.
