I am goign to GP Kansas City here in a couple of weeks.

I would like to go there with a strategy.

What cards and strategies are worth playing?

While it is best to go into an event with a deck strategy in mind, RGw/b do not be limited to that. Friend at a pre-release got 3 yes 3 of the 4/4 for 4 gargoyle. He went WUB and did fairly well.

If you have enough fixers, don't be afraid to run a shard splashed with another color. I did this at my pre-release and had no mana issues in all of my games. I went 3-1 with Esper splash green.

Also, white is pretty strong. Exalted is a potent and viable strategy.

I've heard Naya is good, but don't be afraid to go with other ideas as well, I played a 5-colour deck with all the best removal, all the best creatures and all the fix in my last release, and went 4-0-1.

um, GWu can be very good in sealed.

in draft, the best thing you can do, unless you open something amazing, is try to take mono-colored cards in 1 or 2 colors the first couple picks
