Here's my idea for a post shards token deck.

// Lands
4 [FUT] Graven Cairns
2 [SHM] Fire-Lit Thicket
4 [10E] Swamp (1)
4 [LRW] Auntie's Hovel
3 [10E] Sulfurous Springs
1 [EVE] Springjack Pasture
2 [ST] Forest (2)
4 [4E] Mountain (2)

// Creatures
4 [ALA] Sprouting Thrinax
4 [10E] Nantuko Husk
3 [10E] Siege-Gang Commander
4 [LRW] Marsh Flitter
4 [10E] Mogg Fanatic
2 [SHM] Furystoke Giant
2 [SHM] Murderous Redcap

// Spells
2 [SHM] Torrent of Souls
3 [MOR] Bitterblossom
4 [ALA] Dragon Fodder
4 [LRW] Nameless Inversion

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [10E] Terror
SB: 4 [10E] Naturalize
SB: 4 [LRW] Thoughtseize
SB: 3 [SHM] Faerie Macabre

Basicly you generate early tokens with a variety of spells and then attack to bring your opponent down to a low life total. Then play furystoke or husk and either attack or ping to win. Critique is helpful.

Dragon Fodder is strictly worse than Mogg War-Marshal. I know its not a lot of help but its a start

I tried him and while pumping all my tokens was nice, he never did enough damage to make a difference. Also his threaten ability came in handy, but without gargadon, I usually found myself taking something swinging with it and then give it back to my opponent since I don't have a husk out.

If you go turn 2 blossom turn 3 thrinax turn 4 sark i guarantee you win that game. I have been playing a build similar to this with 2 vols and it has been a house every time. The best is popping your vol for the dragons then playing another vol to give yourself a team of 5/5 hastey fliers =D

If the standard token deck is any indication, bitterblossom is key in many match-ups, I think that you need 4. You may even want to consider testing goblin assault.

I think goblin assault is a must. 2nd turn Blossom with him is really good. Dont worry about that must attack every turn. He will be under pressure including other cards.

your deck has 59 cards. I dont like mind shatter in sideboard cuz they just suck. Terror is not that good also. I added in side 4th shriekmaw, assault, pact and warhammer. And 3 Macabre.
