Pack 3 pick 5:
Beckon Apparition
Raven's Crime
Lingering Tormentor
Desecrator Hag
Slippery Bogle
Duergar Hedge-Mage
Noggle Bridgebreaker
Stream Hopper

Tough between the hag and the trow but my deck is quite aggresive to trow seemed better.

Antler Skulkin
Fang Skulkin
Cenn's Enlistment
Pyrrhic Revival
Wilderness Hypnotist
Drain the Well
Soul Reap

I already have some good spells vs fliers but i know from what ive passed that probably 2 people have ridicolous aerial decks so i decided for more hate.

Lingering Tormentor

Pack 3 pick 14:
Antler Skulkin
--> Drain the Well

Pack 3 pick 15:
--> Moonhold

The deck

1 barkshell blessing
1 niveous wisp
2 nettle sentinal
1 inquistor's snare
1 fang skulkin
1 devoted druid
1 juvenile gloomwidow
1 woodlurker mimic
1 recumbent bliss
1 ballyknock cohort
1 gloomwidow
1 hungry spriggan
1 kitchenfinks
2 rendclaw trow
1 silkbind faerie
2 ravens run dragoon
1 safehold duo
1 wickerborough elder
1 wildslayer elves
1 glammer spinners
1 old ghastbark
7 plains
10 forest

I miss submited deck as it took me down to last 30 seconds to settle on a build, I meant to play 16 lands with one less plains bringing me down to 40 cards.

sb
1 aerie ouphes
1 viridscent wisp
1 farhaven elf
1 last breath

Round 1 vs ur I curve out like an agrresive deck should both games vs ur and win easily.

Round 2 vs uw I get some beats on early but my opponet stabalizes and wins the late game with card advantage of grace, sealing the deal when my attack, with conspired blessing to hopefully break stalemate is trumped by my opponent barkshell blessing making the game totally unwinable. Game 2 I get 2 drop followed by 3rd turn spriggian he has the plumeveil however and it kills my 2 drop, I draw bliss and continue to beat, I get him to 4 and on the defensive but can not push through anymore damage, he gets river kelpie oonas grace going, i have a mind fart and forget he can pump his cervin rider with his splashed forest plus plains i thought for some reason it was either ww or gg to pump :<, so i end up trading my gloomwidow for his dream theif, i draw glammer spinners finally giving me a white creature for cohort, I attack in and attempt to play sinners to get a 2 for 1 buth he has repeal intruders and from there down a million cards theres no way i can win.

Feedback appreciated.

What was that passing Gift of the Deity taking Fang Skulking over it? You had at least Mimic and 2 Rendclaw Trows. Even the Odious Trow is better pick than Fang Skulking imo.

I might've gone for Steel of the Godhead over Gloomwidow and try to get some white/blue stuff, it was still early anyway and Gloomwidow is green. Wink

Oh and I'd definitely taken Lurebound Scarecrow over Ballynock Cohort.

Folio is awesome. You have obviously never given it a fair try.

A few thoughts:

The first pick is between Aethertow, Folio, and Cohort. My pick would be the cohort, as then you're passing a predominantly control pack, cutting off green and sending good signals. I also like the ability to easily play a three color deck in green, giving your deck more versatility and power.

With the introduction of EVE, a pick one Aethertow doesn't just hint at UW or GW, it can also fit well into BW. You just seemed so keen on forcing blue, but you had two other colors to be thinking about the whole time.

I'd also like to point out that scuzzback marauders is a more versatile pick two, and works surprisingly well with controlling cards. Finks is a good pick though, but to run it you'll want to emphasize white, which you try to do.

Pick 8 is a bad pick, safewright quest will help you much more if you end up with a 3 color deck or a deck with difficult cc's, which is much more likely with Eve. Also, rarely is juvenile gloomwidow playable. It doesn't put any pressure on the opponent. Basically it's a control creature that people can easily play around, bad times and a bad p[ick for this deck.

Pack 2:

Picking Glamor spinners is fine, I suppose, but I would be tempted by the Godhead of Awe. Even if you end up running GW, you can still support its casting cost do to the fetch abilities of green. Especially if you had taken that safewright quest. Getting a random Flask would make it much easier to cast as well.

Pick 4: Dragoon>Tattermunge maniac? It's so easy to fill up the 4 slot of the curve of a green deck, whereas good one drops are the main reason to run green in this format. Maniac is most certainly the pick here, as you might have realized when you got double nettle sentinel in pack 3.

Last Breath is also an option, but the spinners are probably better.

And of course you're going to see a lot of blue pack 2, it was completely cut off pack one! you could dive into blue if you really wanted to, say for a mega bomb pick one, but you'd have to realize you're cutting off one, maybe two, blue players who will in turn cut you off for pack three.

Pack three you picked fine.

P1p1 I like cohort or Folio. Despite my distaste for green.
Juvenile versus Safewrights seemed closed at the time either was defendable.
Glamer Spinners was worse then plumeveil or GOdhead.
Not taking the gifts on the lap was just wrong.

Okay thanks for replies this will be my last one of these probably until shards is released on modo when I may or may not do them again depending on how I feel about it closer to the time.
