Trouble Changing themes

Any time I try to change the theme in mws on one of my comps, mws just shuts down. No error message, no event log...it just says "initializing" then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and the theme that I'm using works fine on my other comp. It does this crash with any theme. I'm out of ideas...any help?
