| I was wondering if I would be able to run something like Mana Severance and cast a Redirect or Shunt? Is this legal? |

Unless I'm mistaking Mana Severence for another card, there are no targets for you to redirect...
Even if there were, both of those quite specifically say "with a single target," don't they? |

Mana Severance reads: "Search your library for any number of land cards and remove them from the game. Then shuffle your library."
So no targets there, therefore you can't redirect it in any way, shape or form. |
