| The guide to the GP says Anthony S. Waters, artist of Winged Sliver, Wirewood Lodge, etc., will be present for signing cards. Yet the link leads to cards drawn by Anthony Waters, artist of Walking Wall, White Mana Battery, etc. Which one will be there? |

That's more than a little confusing...I thought maybe it was the same guy credited differently, but I don't think so. My advice to you is to take all the cards you'd like signed by either artist.
WAIT, I think it's the same guy.
Here is a BDM article with Anthony S. Waters

and it credits him with Dawn Elemental (Anthony S.) and Gorilla Pack (Anthony Waters). Also, most of them without the "S." are old cards, so he probably just added the S. to his card-name later on.
