dredge vs uba mask

my opp controls uba mask, and i want to dredge. both effects are trying to replace my draw, but i was thinking that as active player i choose which one replaces it. this is just a guess tho...i'm curious about the correct ruling.

Active player has nothing to do with.

When several replacement effects try to apply to the same thing the affected player (or controller of the affected permanent) decides in which order to apply the replacement effects. After the first applies the second one won't be applicable and won't do anything (in this case, this is not always the case).
