This deck is designed to hate out most of the top tier decks, as most of the top tiers is aggro. I have tested extensively against WW and Elves and have a record of 81-9 (games) and 37-1 (matches) against WW. Elves is about the same, with the record at 88-12 (games) and an amazing 40-0 matches. Without further ado, heres the list:

23 Swamp
4 Marlen of Mornsong (i will explain later)
1 Oona, Queen of the Fae
4 Shriekmaw
4 Dusk Urchins
2 Puppeteer Clique
4 Eyeblight's Ending
4 Nameless Inversion
4 Thoughtseize
4 Beseech the Queen
2 Gnarled Effigy
4 Profane Command

SB
3 Memory Plunder
4 Spiteful Visions
4 Warren Wierding
4 Liliana Vess

Marlen of the Mornsong -- A very good card despite it being terrible. Noone thinks it is good, but it is so good against aggro. The player can grab more critters, but then i grab shriekmaw and other kills and am able to beat down while still knockin off the things they get. Against control, they can get more counters or get threats, but you get kill and more discard and stuff. This deck has a decent control matchup, but it takes a long time, and usually involves a profane command for the game.

Dusk Urchins -- Its a critter that draws cards after death. its great for this deck.

Puppeteer Clique -- a win condition. It grabs other big dudes or stuff from opponets yard, this card is super good in control matchups.

Gnarled Effigy -- Beats small dudes and beats Makeshift Mannequin

This deck is fun and wins a lot of games. Criticizm? Maybe a couple comments and questions? Yeah, this deck highly recommended to everyone for PTQ's.

Thanks

Not to be a troll, but no one believes you've played 190 games with this deck.

And elves isn't really top tier. Tier 2 at best.

What's your record against faeries?
Elemental control?
Ten Commandments?
Mannequin Builds?

my brother plays elves so i have tested that like hell, and my neighbor plays WW so i test that a lot. Yes, those numbers are real. I beat manequin but i dont have numbers on that one cause i havent kept track. Played against 10 commandments and lost 4/7 matches. Im workin on that matchup. Any ideas for cards to play vs that make it better matchup?

Everlasting Torment is a better sideboard card than Vess is. It'll stop the annoying Finks, Primal Command and Dawnglow Infusion.

Well for control MUs in general i'd say some mind shatter in the board would be nice. Only problem with that is, that there's nothing in the deck at instant speed that you can bait end step to set up big shatters. So against the counter control decks, i think you're on the end of a losing matchup. But historically Non counter control loses to counter control because of that. So, you'd have to get some sort of instant speed card that they care about enough to counter or respond to.

What you could do, is test a more mannequin style version of the deck. A light blue splash for mulldrifter and play mannequins. Mannequin would be a card that the counter decks would want to fight over.

Do your testing partners have down syndrome? It's impossible to go 40-0 in matches against those tier 1 decks and not be testing against relatives of Terry Schiavo.

Well as unbelievable as it is. It's not impossible. During Kami-Rav T2 i went 50-0 with Zoo against owling mine because it was a ridiculously in my favor matchup.

it's really not that different from the T2 deck. only loses llanowar elf, terror and wayfinder. terror --> nameless, wayfinder --> farhaven elf

still pretty the same.
