seriously, i dont think UUU and RR in same deck, with only 4 pain and 4 coldsteel of mana fixing will work.

also i dont like disintegrate.

but, if u wanna keep try this deck, u may add 2-3 prismatic lens, and play 2-3 mystical teachings. they will be great, fetching for teferi-aeon, bogardan, venser, cryptic command, blast and skred.

maybe the deck becomes viable with reflecting pool in SHA.

I played a deck similar to this awhile back at FNM and split Top4 with it, not losing a match. Though this was before Morningtide, before the control killer that is Bitterblossom, so I dunno how good it is, but it's possible still viable as it was still very strong against other aggro decks. I' don't remember my exact list, but here it goes:

4x Phyrexian Ironfoot
3x Aeon Chronicler
2x Venser, Shaper Savant

4x Rune Snag
4x Cryptic Command
4x Skred
4x Incinerate
2x Sulfurous Blast

4x Ancestral Visions

4x Coldsteel Heart

1x Loxodon Warhammer

4x Shivan Reef
1x Scrying Sheets
2x Mouth of Ronom
3x Faerie Conclave
9x Snow-Covered Island
5x Snow-Covered Mountain

SB
4x Pyroclasm
2x Pyrohemia (The Faerie Killer)
4x Remove Soul/Flashfreeze (Meta-Call)
3x Sower of Temptation
2x Loxodon Warhammer

The deck can definetly win, or atleast could win, and I recall nothin more satisfying than hooking up my lucksackian Warhammer onto Chronicler to swing for a 20 point life-swing.
