Hey all, I just recently had a draft where I opened with turn 2 Bramblewood Paragon. Turn 3 Fertile Ground and another Bramblewood Paragon. Turn 4 Ambassador Oak and turn 5 Nath's Elite winning the clash.
This got me to wondering what some of the other sickest openings in the format are. Post your replies and let me know some killer starts you've had. |

| I don't know about best openings but at the CS prerelease I entered an Ice Age/Alliances/CS draft and opened a Jakulhaups in my Ice Age pack then got passed a Lodestone Bauble in the first pass of the Alliances pack and ended up winning about 5 games with the combo and the whole tourney with a UR control deck it was awesome. Counterspell, rune snags, portent, incinerate, walkers, yeti, and all the random burn for control then all the random creatures I could fit in. Best limited control deck ever. |

Turn 2 Orachi Sustainer
Turn 3 Sachhi daughter of seshiro
turn 4 Seshiro the anoited (swing with sustainer draw card)
turn 5 earthshaker, kodamas might (activate earthshaker) wipe opponents board
At which point he conceded stating he'd never been so owned in his life and he had 1900 rating to make it better and this was on modo in an 8-4XD |

| Thanks all of you for posting, They were all very cool. I especialy liked the one Gwendly posted where his opponent lost his whole hand out of nowhere. And the one from Trotsky out of nowhere was pretty sweet. Gotta love pwning the big shots on modo! |

| In a mini on here I had a pool with cloak and dagger and chameleon colossus. Two or three times during the tourney I dropped the c&d turn three played colossus turn 4. That elicited ggs from the opponent every time. |
