soo T2 doesn't change every 6 months forcing rotations every 18 or so, thus allowing the average standard player to build up money and not feel like an idiot for spending so it can rotate out a year and a half later?

ya but magic is magic because its always changing and every 3-4 months isnt so bad but waiting 6 months for the next set makes constructed formats less fun when there is half the sets that usually coming out in a year
