How do you make a custom set on Netdraft?

I was wondering if anyone knew how you could make a custom set on Netdraft. In this specific case I'm going to be using real magic cards, as opposed to a made up set, since I want to design a Cube Draft, and Netdraft is the best way to set up the actual draft portion for me. If anyone could help me out with this that would be greatly appreciated.
