// Lands
1 [TSP] Gemstone Caverns
4 [TSB] Gemstone Mine
4 [8E] City of Brass
2 [MM] Hickory Woodlot
2 [BOK] Tendo Ice Bridge
3 [R] Tropical Island
2 [TE] Reflecting Pool
2 [R] Scrubland
// Creatures
2 [FD] Auriok Champion
4 [PS] Cavern Harpy
3 [TSP] Dream Stalker
2 [FD] Eternal Witness
4 [UL] Raven Familiar
4 [10E] Birds of Paradise
2 [FUT] Storm Entity
1 [PLC] Stonecloaker
// Spells
4 [TE] Aluren
4 [IN] Sterling Grove
3 [IA] Brainstorm
4 [JU] Cabal Therapy
2 [PS] Eladamri's Call
1 [TSP] Grapeshot
// Sideboard
SB: 3 [AP] Pernicious Deed
SB: 3 [LRW] Gaddock Teeg
SB: 2 [UL] Bone Shredder
SB: 4 [IA] Swords to Plowshares
SB: 3 [SC] Xantid Swarm
The trick is to get Aluren in play as fast as you can and start comboing to victory. A really nice combo is Cavern Harpy and Raven Familiar ftw!
What would you do to make this deck better for Legacy?
Comment please

| What happened to the Cavern Harpy+Soul Warden+Maggot Carrier ftw? I haven't seen this deck in quite some time, so I am guessing it has been updated. |

How would you return it to your hand?
Edit: wow I didn't see Dream Stalker
Aluren seems too disruptable for 1.5 anyways.

Actually Daveslusher the combo was with Maggot Carrier, a creature which I already added to the deck.
By the way, the deck loses against counterspells. I replaced Cabal Therapy with Duress and have Xantid Swarm in sideboard to prevent not only counterspells but also to prevent my opponent from playing is own flash creatures. But I'm not sure if that is enough. If anyone has ideas, post here. |

| Um, Imperial Recruiter is like a million times better than Harpy/Familiar. All you need is to draw the lone recruiter, go get Dream Stalker, return Recruiter, play it, get harpy, bounce harpy, play harpy, bounce stalker, play stalker, bounce recruiter, play recruiter, get Spike feeder, gain two life, bounce harpy, play harpy, bounce stalker, play stalker, bouce feeder, play feeder, gain two life, rince repeat a million times, bounce harpy, play harpy, bounce stalker, play stalker, bounce recruiter, play recruiter, get Ghitu Slinger, play slinger, bounce harpy, play harpy, bounce stalker, play stalker, bounce slinger, play slinger, rinse repeat a million times. All from a lone Recruiter. Also, less combo pieces leaves more room for disruption against control. |

| Thanks for the comment Lennin, but I can't see where it helps my deck getting better, unless of course you can give me a site with the lists you just mentioned... |
