keyboard shortcuts?

Is there a list of the keyboard shortcuts for Apprentice somewhere?

or, alternately, is there a way to get the .hlp file? because it doesn't seem to work to click on 'help' in the program... i get nothing.

ctrl + n = new game
ctrl + k = deck editor
ctrl + s = shuffle
ctrl + d = draw
ctrl + u = untap
ctrl + p = change phase
f1 = declare untap
f2 = declare upkeep
f3 = declare draw
f4 = declare main
f5 = declare attack
f6 = declare discard/cleanup
ctrl + t = pass turn
f11 = lose 1 life
f12 = gain 1 life
ctrl + l = set life
ctrl + i = roll die
ctrl + f = flip coin
shift + drag to library to put on bottom
shift + move to play to play face down
