If there is a Llanowar elves in play equiped with loxodon warhammer:

"4/1 creature with lifelink and trample" right?...

If i use my Vesuvan Shapeshifter...

Copy a 4/1 creature with life link and trample, or copy a normal 1/1 Llanowar elves?

you just get the elf.

Copy effects only use the 'copiable variables', which is basically only what is written on the card including any other copy effects. So like Enyeez said, you just get the 1/1 Elf.
