No it wouldn't work
Flashback removes the card from the game
and if you are wondering "well, why not with the token ?" you can't bring back a token since it's gone as soon as it hits the graveyard

| Dread Return. Flashback removes the card from the game, if, for whatever reason, it leaves the stack. So if it's countered (even by a Remand) it will still go to the removed from game zone. |
