Leyline of the Void and Underworld Dreams work really nice with Magus of the Jar. The Leyline stops your opponents from using their discarded cards (I'm looking at you Dredge) and Dreams is a no brainer.
The problem is obviously protecting the Magus until your next upkeep. ..

Ok I was going over some ideas.

This deck rolls to aggro. So you could use Damnation or Tendrils to give you time to set up some damage.

Tendrils works very well with cards like Urborg.
Now here is the bit that struck me.
If you play 4 Urborg, you will draw too many.
So discard them to cards like Careful Consideration.

Then I realised, with an Underworld Dreams and a Megrim in play, Careful Consideration at EOT can deal 10 damage
