U/W control

I am planning on going to the regionals(t2) on June 9th in Minnesota and originally i was gonna play a U/R stuffy/hellion suicide burn kinda thing but it was alittle slow without enough control answers so the next best thing i can think of that i have the card pool for is a U/W control so i would appreciate some help like where to start, victory conditions, how many C-Spells, etc etc etc....... a sample decklist and some good ideas would be great to get me started.
