is it normal that when i and my opponent exchange the control of a permanent at the same time it gets a error and disconnects?
its very annoying and i just wanted to know if it just me or everybody
any idea how to fix this?

don't take stuff from the opponent, if you play something like avarice totem or w/e tell them to give the card to you, THEN YOU give the item to them. There are often errors when two people try to do something to one card

Similary when an opponent attempts to use a targetting arrow on a card of yours such as putrefying a savannah lion. But as they release for the arrow you've already binned the lion. This will cause the same type of error. Along with, the constant manipulation of a card while an opponent attempts to target it, such as tapping and untapping a land as an opponent pulls a target arrow over it.
