and they're GREAT for 1.5

Mogg Sentry
R, 1/1, gets +2/+2 till end of turn for EACH spell opponent plays.

Goblin Vandal
R, 1/1, if attack and is not blocked pay R to blow up an artifact. Deals no damage. No TAP! Smile)))

Honorable mention yet not quite goblins...

Mogg Salvage,
Phyerxian Soulgorger
3, 8/8, Culm upkeep you MAY sac a creature. Fast 8/8, use it for 1 turn then kill itself.

Yeah i know these aren't the staple of Gob's now but imo the decks that you'll be seeing more of will be Hybrids of a kind. Decks that maintain their speed and focus but carry something to withstand the riggors of the format.

And i'd much rather see a Sentry in my hand over a Gemplam. Yes counter XXX spell please so i can off-set it with more damage from the Sentry Razz

Tinkerer > Vandal in Legacy because he doesn't have to get through to kill artifacts.
All the other Goblins you said are just bad, you do know Goblins wins most of the time on turn 4 in goldfish right? Turn 3 wins are not even unheard of by a long shot. I've had about 10 or so turn 3 wins with the deck and I don't even really play it, the things you are talking about would slow it down not make it faster.

My favourite goblin is the Mogg War Marshal.

1R, Echo 1R, When it comes into play or leaves play, you get a 1/1 goblin token. 1/1.

Put that with the Carrion Feeder and Undertaker.

Turn 1 (of combo)
1R, Play MWM. 1 token.
Sac to Carrion Feeder. 1 counter, 2 tokens.
B, To hand with undertaker.
1R, Play MWM. 3 tokens, 1 counters.
Sac to Carrion Feeder. 4 Tokens, 2 counters.

Thats 2RRB for 4 tokens and +2/+2 to the Feeder.

Beyond that, each turn, you can do the following:
B, To hand with undertaker.
1R, Play MWM. +1 token.
Sac to Carrion Feeder. +2 Tokens, +1 counter.

1RB, +2 tokens, +1 counter.

the best part of the Feeder is you can do it as a response to your creatures dying (via direct damage spells, combat, etc.) to convert the tokens to +1/+1 counters.
