Sideboarding UW Tron

I'm playing UW Tron this weekend at an Extended Champs tournament. I'm playing a pretty classic build I based off pretty much hybridizing Shaheen Sorani's from Worlds and one Kenji Tsumura suggested on SCG a while ago, with some more recent sideboard ideas from Gifts versions I've seen (like Piracy Charm). I'm not playing Gifts, or Chalice, etc because they seem like overkill, filling your deck with random not-really-business cards like Crucible of Worlds, Chalice in the wrong m/u, etc. And I'm not playing Stuffy Doll / Guilty Conscience for the same reason, seems like overkill. Anyway, I think the main deck is mostly finalized, suggestions are welcome (apart from the two aforementioned ideas, I'm not bothering with those), but I mostly want help refining the sideboard, and HOW to sideboard. Here is what I have at the moment

MAIN DECK
Land:
4 Urza's Tower

2 Solemn Simulacrum

The only minor changes I'm considering in the main deck are switching to:
3 Repeal, 2 Renewed Faith - either way, I need this much against aggro, and repeal doesn't work that great always against affinity.
3 Thirst for Knowledge, 3 Fact or Fiction - I had this before but the 1 mana isn't as big a deal now when I'm going to be playing Renewed Faith a lot on 3 mana
4 Azorius Signet, 1 Chrome Mox - again I'm playing 2 Mox to try to speed up against aggro decks giving me trouble.

Affinity:

I don't expect Balancing Tings, and have never even played against the deck, but I'm assuming it's a race to the Mindslaver, taking out the anti-creature cards...similarly for TEPS.

Do these seem like good decisions? Is the sideboard optimal? Opinions welcome.
