i think that these are the cards that you want in your hand the first turn, right? 4 of each is a must. you can discard them in the late game with thirst for knowledge.

i will cut the serum visions for fact of fiction, take out both arcane lab and wipe away and try to add some teferi if you can

hinder is really good if you are against a lot of dredge cards like life from the loam, or against recursion like eternal dragon of eternal witness. if you dont, try remand

about the sideboard, it depends of your metagame. you have to focus on your worst matchups
tormod's crypt and stifle are good choices. you should add some Threads of Disloyalty vs aggro and more annuls vs affinity
