You can target a suspended spell with Pull from Eternity -- can you target them with anything else? It seems to me that this must not work because someone would have thought of Twincast.dec with suspend cards by now if you could target them. So can someone please explain the rules reason for not being able, for instance, to Twincast a suspended Ancestral?

(By the way, these threads get a lot of hits from people who just want to answer a rules question -- no one's going to think you're smarter for just guessing, so if you're thinking of just "offering up a suggestion", don't confuse other people or make yourself look foolish. Just a friendly suggestion. Wink )

When a card is suspended, it is placed face-up in the removed from game zone with the appropriate amount of time counters. Pull from Eternity can target a suspended card for this reason (a face-up card in the RFG zone)

Twincast can NOT target a suspended Sorcery because in order to Twincast a spell, it must be stacked. Once the last time counter is removed, from Ancestral Visions let's say, the spell is placed onto the stack, and then it becomes a legal target for Twincast.
