Generating a Sealed Deck

In the past, I remember generating a sealed deck or two with triple Ravnica. However, I went to try it today and I went up to Tools and selected Generate Sealed Deck. The window that pops up is the regular window but when I click the drop down menu for "Select a Pack" there are no sets or packs for me to choose from. Does anyone know a way to go about creating a sealed deck or solving this problem?

I tried writing the packs in manually but it wouldn't let me.
Do I have to reinstall? I'd rather not have to do that again.

You've probably a corrupted/missing sets.dat file. Try redownloading just the masterbase + the sets.dat file.
