What happens if the flashback copy of call of the herd is remanded,
Does it a)get countered then go back to my opponents hand, or b) get countered then go to the graveyard? |

| Flashback causes the card to be removed as it resolves. So it would be removed from the game when he was remanded. Basically Remand would be a hard counter in this case. |
