If I have doubling season in play, and I play a creature with graft, does he get double counters?
Same thing, but when I move counters from that creature to another
thanks |

Graft counters are doubled. See Ravnica FAQ.
Moved counters aren't doubled bacause you don't put in play any new counters, you just move the existing ones |

| Actually, moved counters do get doubled, it doesn't matter if you're putting new ones into play or not, it's whenever a counter gets put on something, even if it's from another place, i.e. graft or simic guildmage. The explanation you just gave doesn't make any sense, since graft counters have already been in play too.... |

| The moved counters are actually doubled, as move is actually "remove counter from X, put counter on Y". |
