it's just an all-round solid deck. you might want to adapt against faerie stompy but i can't think what that won't be too slow.

Why not use Standstill?

I don't think Ophidian will hit very often in Legacy. I think Shackles is probably worse main than Nevinyrral's Disk. The Goblins matchup seems almost unwinnable. You very nearly pick up your cards to a turn 1 Lackey (Quicksand stops it, but setting yourself back a land drop isn't the best way to start against Goblins), and a turn 1 Vial is not much better. I don't think that Brainstorm is so much better in this deck that another cantrip like Opt wouldn't be better, because it doesn't require fetchlands (I would definitely run a full set of Impulse ahead of any Brainstorms). Damage from fetchlands is relevant.

I think that Landstill is better than this, and Landstill is not very good.

You definitly need chain of vapor. 'Disk main would probably be a better choice overall.

You have a 17 card sideboard.

What number do you usually lay chalice for?

I disagree with dr moo, brainstorm is very strong in muc.

You need to run disk or some mass removal.

Brainstorm is a bad draw in monoblue without a fetchland. It is passable in other decks without a fetch. The difference is that monoblue has so much redundancy, it doesn't really need to see 3 extra cards from its 1 mana cantrip. Fact or Fiction and Impulse are for digging for the Disk/Morphling. I think that Fetchlands will lose you as many games as the strength of Brainstorm with a Fetch will win you.
