I think In a 60 card deck theres .9375% chance of me hitting this on turn 1 but oh well here it is.
1-Play Dark Depths for your land
2-Play Lotus Petal
3-Sac Lotus Petal for R
4-Play Mass Hysteria with the R mana
5-Play another Lotus Petal
6-Sac Lotus Petal For B
7-Play Dark Ritual (Add BBB to your mana pool)
8-Use one of the Dark Ritual's B to play another (you ahve BBBBB in your mana pool.
9-Play Aether Snap
10-Swing for 20 in the air with your 20/20 token
See now theres a win. tell em what you think |

And if you don'ty get a god hand?
If your opponent has Force of Will?
If your opponent lays a first turn Plains with a Swords to Plowshares in hand?
It is not a reliable combo. Neither of the 2 pieces work well without eachother. It won't work in Legacy, and the other combo decks are much better. |

Yeah....too vulnerable to disruption.
Plus if they go first you have to worry about STP and stuff. |

i believe they said it was a .9375% chance, I wouldnt call that a big chance.
yeah, so one in a hundred matches you get to do a little dance, assuming there is not disruption. If you were to rebuild to get a reliable turn 3 win, you might e better off. |

| Seriously there are like a thousand Turn 1 wins in Legacy, why are you posting some imaginary turn 1 win. Nausea can goldfish on turn 1 about 10-20% of the time. |

| i did some analysis... i made a deck made from 4 of each of the cards +40 cards that dont matter. the MWS deep deck analysis told me that you have a 0% chance to draw this combo at the first turn. i removed hysterya and one Lotus Petal and still 0% chance... |

well, maybe it just ignores the actual .93% or wahtever. I think no matter what the cards are if you choose just 7 cards you will have some percentage of getting the, in your oppening hand.
maybe the MWS thing isnt as good as people think it is. |
