Visiting a deck fourm today, actually a few minutes ago. Looked at the first 2 threads that I though showed some promise because there were alot of replies. It had a decklist and said this deck wins. That was all to the post. The replies asked questions (That should have been in the first post). The answers to the questions were like this: "Cause thats squpid." and "Why not?". If you have something to say say it. That thread annoyed me so much in the first 5 replies I didnt read the other 4 pages. The second thread I went to was awesome. It had a decklist sorted out, reasons for card choices, and match-up analisis. There were no percentages. I actually disagree with percentages. The reason for that is with your buddies playing the decks, and maybe playing only a few matches those stats will be wrong. Who knows how they tested it. A match-up analisis is much better. One of the first posts to this deck was this: "The deck i built last week could wrek this." People ask good questions about a sucky deck and a sucky deck submission, but belittle a great deck submission with a great deck. I HATE STUPID PEOPLE. really I do, and I'm sorry if your stupid, I hate you, but talk to me about it and maybe I could help you to your way to enlightenment. That's how today has gone for me so far. Maybe I'll be back with another mumble. Until then. LATERS

Where is the interpeter when you need one?
English next time please. I bet you use AOL.

There are a few suggestions when arguing with a stupid person. I try not to if at all possible but here they are:

1> Don't argue with stupid people, they will bring you down to there level and beat you with experience.

2>Don't argue with stupid people, someone else may not know the difference.

3> Arguing on the internet is like winning a gold in the special olimpics. In the end there both retarded

WildCard: I couldn't agree more. Though I may get silly on here sometimes, Im ALWAYS legible. It drives me so far up any random wall when people write like ^. It saddens me to think that this is what America's school systems has produced. And the flaming of decks has GOT to stop. I've had so many deck ideas recently that I'd like help with, but am reluctant to post because of the multitude of ignoramous' on here that think that their diapers don't stink and won't bother to help someone. teh, ahd, and all those little pimples on the face of the internet's vernacular language make me want to cry.

Wildcard,

You're telling him to use English? LOL Okay, let's take a look at your response:

1> Don't argue with stupid people, they will bring you down to there level and beat you with experience.

Okay, first of all, there should be a period after the word 'people,' not a comma. Secondly, 'there' should be spelled 'their.'

Moving on:

3> Arguing on the internet is like winning a gold in the special olimpics. In the end there both retarded

First of all, Olympics is spelled incorrectly. Seriously, 'olimpics?' Did that actually look right to you when you were typing it?
Secondly, you have 'there' typed out once more when it should read 'they're.' They're is the contraction for 'they are.'

These are not difficult words to spell. Slow down and take your time. Think it out and proof read before you click submit. All of us literal people who use the forums would appreciate it. Smile Thanks

Please don't put other people's English skills down when you have the English/grammar skills of a 6 year-old.

This seems to be exactly what he's talking about. (Stupid comments that is, not bad english.)
Wildcard's English is clear, legible and to the point, all three of which are admirable qualities of a poster on the current day internet. kfcman1084's post seems to have more spelling errors then it has correctly spelled words. I don't condone the putting down of any other person, but when you say something like "and then follow that up w/ a slap of the pimp variety.", you know someone isn't taking the time with their posting, which seems a show of disrespect to the topic as he can't be damned to care enough to watch what he's writing.

If you didn't notice, the # of grammatical/spelling errors in Wildcard's post is 4. Considering the person he said should use english made ~18 errors as far as I can see, I think it's within his level of writing to make a comment based on kfcman.

Not only did he have the right to do it, but he instantly reverted back to the main topic of the thread (being stupid replies), without creating the tangent of pointing out others spelling/grammatical errors as you have.

For the good of the board, no one likes grammer-nazis or just plain rudeness, as well as off-topic posting, so if you ever have the urge to post something like that again, keep it to yourself.

(On topic, I agree Wildcard, some people just don't have enough respect of others to post in a way that adds to the discussion remotely).

And for the good of the board, no one likes kiss ups and teacher's pets. Just because Wildcard is a judge manager doesn't mean he's an untouchable, perfect, god-like person who needs his ass cleaned by your nose.

He made more mistakes in his reply than the person he was trying to bash. That's pretty pathetic to me. Almost as pathetic as a brown-noser, but not quite. You take the cake on that one.

WildCard is far more intelligent than any of you, regardless of his typing ability. Honestly, he's making valid points, and you guys are just plain ignorant. WildCard, I whole-heartedly agree with the irony you point out. It seriously is annoying... and your point is being proven by this oblivious idiots. *sigh* Just let the babies have their bottles full of semen. Just remember that you are always superior to ridiculous flamers in every single way.

Don't try to make a valid point on these forums; it will be disregarded, and your opinion will be belittled....

PS: Also cocks.

we should get it changed for magic-league.com to www.comehereifyoufeelgoodaboutyourself.com.............. MODO doesnt have problems like this, and THAT COSTS MONEY!
WoW doesnt have problems like this, and it also costs money. Why is it that the 100%free league that actually gives you money sometimes is the place where every single thread has at least 1 person getting flamed over something. I could post a forum saying 'everyone here is awesome' and I bet someone would flame me for it. Its ridiculous.

And oon the grammar isuue, I dont think you need to proofread posts, everyone makes mistakes, but u dont ned 2 writ lke this all the time. Sometimes you should just take the 15 extra seconds it will take you to write out all the words. Like in a forum.

Peace
