|
|
Well i'm taking owling mine to regionals in 2 days
BUT i got a handful of cards stolen and i want to know what would be good possible subsitutions
FIRST OF ALL the mana base is screwed now
Orgionally =
4 Steam Vents
4 Shivan Reef
1 Mountain
2 Mikokoro
10 Islands
Now ... I'm 6 slots free (Lost 3 Steam Vents, 2 Shivan Reef, 1 Mikokoro)
Also I wonder what are good subistutions for Exhaustions ... got 2 Stolen and 1 Twincast =.=
So yea if someone could help suggesting 6 possible land tweaks and help finding 3 viable standard competitive cards ...
it'd be a lot of help ^.^ |

Yea ... I got
3 Steam Vents
2 Shivan Reef
1 Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
2 Exhaustion
1 Twincast
STOLEN =.= ... them ugh ...
I've been giving 3 odds and ends a thought, and splicing in sacred foundry + adakar waste
so i could use both sides of odds and ends, and plus i have those duals lying around my house anyways ... most likely bad idea for mana base, the odds though would be good anti-heartbeat cards considering i either copy and kill them first or counter it, either way i benifit |

| Well hopefully you can pick up exhaustions at regionals, as theyre not too much money, and i only have 1 steam vents and 2 shivan reefs and i just run them with a few mountains and it doesnt screw me over too to much. I also dont run any twincast in my build so i cant help you there :-/. |

to find replacements for cards go to the estate of washington, jackson, lincoln, and franklin, pick green pieces of paper and trade them for replacements after trading other valuble cards you have in your collection for green pieces of paper at the estate of franklin, lincoln, washington, and jackson.

| If you're not going to have 4 Exhaustions by the time of the tournament, I would suggest changing decks. It is that important. |

I'd suggest changing decks anyway.
Owling mine scoops to 1-drops and mulligans, which is really pretty depressing. |

u did not give ur full deck list so it will be a little hard to suggest anything.
land base. have at least 7-8 red mana (assuming u dont have double red casting cost). the rest can be islands.
if for some reason u cant get exhaustion, put in gigadrowse. if u already playing 4 giga, then maybe evacuate or time ebb.
i dont know how many twincast u play but 2-3 is ok. in its place u can either play a 4th impact or vortex. muddle is ok too. |

I dont believe you when you say you beat both gruul and ghost dad =\
especially when you were considering running this deck without a complete set of exaustions |
