suppression field may be the best lack-of-needle-compensation.

husk may handle it easily with mortify / koala, but it also slows heartbeat down a bit.

Condemn works well enough against husk.

Dont know why your worried about Heartbeat since it has REALLY gone down in value, competitiveness, and someones willing to play such an instensive deck with no guaranteed victories.

But if ur really worried about it:
Hokori
Suppression Field
Ghost Quarter

Shining Shoals and Reverse damage (in invoke)

Can do some.

Or splash black into it for Okiba gang Shinobis.

tehe ghost quarter is soooo good against 3 and 4 color decks mostly control with all the non basics theyll have few to no basics in their deck and both players will -1 land, -2 for them if u hit a karoo and the control player will in the long run lose muuch more tempo allthough i never wasa a fan of SB lands so maybe 3-4 already in the MD if ur manabase can handle it

ghost quarter is just another attempt to bring back old favourites with less power, they did it with windreaver, nihilistic glee, and a ton of others.

but back to the sideboard, jester's cap is the silver bullet for heartbeat, as it cant be muddled. condemn is ok, and i suppose wrath is out of your price range...

If your maindeck has Jitte, you could do Iwamori. It's good because it has trample and therefore will have its damage resolved and activate your jitte. A 5/5 trampler is good anyway. But indeed, we'd have to see your maindeck. This is about the B/W matchup.
