I got Cheated - Help me plz

Hi,
I played in a 8player tournament in league won 2-1 than my opponent said he would have won , i asked him why , because i obviously won.
He said cause it the games started 1-0 in his favor adn time ran out ( which wasnt true ) than is talked to this guy why he means he won.
And meanwhile he said the tournament ordinator he would have won , than i saw this game was already reported in my opps favor.
Than i talked to the TO and he said it would be right cause my opp said he would have won b4 i said the result to him.
WTF?

here is the deal: when time is called the person who notices it sais it in the game and the match ends that turn. if someone notices it and dosent tell you, AND continues playing then any game played counts. if in game 2 time is called one person sees it and continues to play then all games won or lost count. if it was 1-0 in opponents favor, time called in game 2, and you win game 2 and 3 then you report all 3 games. 2-1 opponent losing. i would like to see logs on this because your post is not 100% clear. thankyou
