T2

1. No long, boring, instant win combos.
2. Not many really cheap and too broken cards.
3. Probably the most balanced format.
4. Most popular.
5. Not frickin' confusing or strict rules.

Draft

i like losing to a deck that wins by biorythem or when i pull off the unspeakable on turn 6 (true story).

nothing feels better then to bust a pack and pull the best card for draft (not money wise but play wise) and then get passed every good card needed for ur deck. t2 is fun but i get tired of playing the same style deck over and over..

"yea i got my ass handed to me by a blue deck yesterday thanks for doing it again"

Type 2 is way too limited, and draft requires good deckbuilding skills (on the fly even) so I don;t care for it. Extended has most of the good cards...at least till October...

I'm going to have to agree with Dragon_Lady on the part about Extended, it's a very healthy format at the moment and one of the most fun formats to come along in awhile.
Another great format that has recently gained a bit of popularity is Legacy, a format that isn't completely unfair, and also a lot of fun.

Favorite Constructed Format: Extended
Favorite Limited Format: Booster Draft

I used to love T2, then they banned Affinity, so I found myself playing pre-rot Extended, which was an excellent and diverse format. Now I test post-rot Extended on MTGO and that's awesome too.

Extended is by far the most fun to play. It's the middle ground between Standard and Legacy. You can get broken but not TOO broken, and the dice roll doesn't usually determine who wins.

T2 gives a challenge of playing with a limited number of cards and still making a solid deck....
Extended is an easier version of T2 really.

With all of the netdecking, building decks is a very small part of mtg these days, unless you are tweaking a deck or in the very rare case that you break the format open.

While I like playing T2 and block, I find that my real favorite is draft. Whether it is a full 3-booster draft or a quick 1-booster draft, it challenges me to finding good strategies and concepts that help in T2 construction...
