Blue black control/agro

hello again thanks for all the help with my last deck and i'm deciding to play with dimir a bit longer since i love blue and enjoy playing black. well heres my new deck i made, i'm trying to think of ways to strengthen it, but keep price a bit low, i'm rather poor still and my selection of rares are selective if best, i would love suggestions for commons or uncomms to add, or suggestions of cards i should try to remove or change. but heres the deck
