Jsut a quick note, my computer is giving me some serious problems right now, on boot-up it goes thru its RAM check and then searches for boot record from IDE-0. Perfectly common reitual, but then i says NDLTR (or something like that) comes up missing and won't go any farther, so jsut letting ya'll know im MIA for a bit.

NTLDR. That the boot loader for windows xp. It being missing probably means your HD is toasted.

It might start working again (used to happen every once in a while on a WD hd I had), but probably you'll have to reformat and reinstall.
