here is an update need help tweaking.figure the combo out.

just seems fun winning with ultimatums/conflux/progenitus etc.

Seems like the combo could use some focus and more speed. I don't know what to do with it though. Please help if you have any ideas

I'd cut uncessary cards like Brilliant Ultimatum and Time Stretch that are DEAD without Dream Halls. Instead, put the cards you need to win when you have Dream Halls to a small number, few Conflux, enough to kill.

That way, your deck has less "dead draws" with Progenitus+X" but no Dream Halls. Same way You don't ever need Summoner's Pact.
There are too many cards that do NOTHING without Dream Halls.

Concentrate on a few key cards, and build the rest around establishing Control (4th Mana Drain) and carddraw.

I play Dream Halls Flux for a while in Vintage now, biggest success here was a Top8 performance at Germany's biggest Vintage event (70).
