This pack has very little in it, nomads assembly is not a card i like, it would be amazing in green or one of the spawn colours, but most the time if im going white im drafting evasive craetures, decks tend not to generate a ridic number of creatures and ground beaters are not that much of a help, so my pick is the only other real option in the pack in crusher, starting with an artifact is nice, i suppose wall is also an option but its not very exciting in draft.

Narcolepsy is a tier above any of the other cards in the pack and so is my pick, whith out it here, I believe i would take the last kiss, though i would also be fine with ondu giant or prophetic prism as a pick.

Unexciting pack, aura gnarlid is the best card, but its one of those cards that needs a bit of work to make truely special, so i opted for the solid blue pick, in seagate oracle moving into some sort of control deck, looking to win through attrition and huge fatties

Another hard decision here, I can take the predator which is the best card and again green or another oracle, here i think the preadotr works well with crusher, makes it a much more attractive pick than the gnarlid.

I'm now after pack 1 looking cemented into blue black and it looks as though green is not open, I already have a prism and wilds to splashing is easy, so flame slash is my pick, as i have only narcolepsy for removal so far and could really do with some.

This is an intresting pack, there are three options in wilds, vampire and feed, the pack is lack lusture so it is unliklely we will wheel any, the vampire and the essence feed are both mediocre cards, whilst i like the fix a bit more as im fairly sure from how this draft started i should not be stuggling for playables.

Here we have alot of options, seagate oracle which is always solid and helps develop our game, bettle which combos nicely with tokens as does, soulsurge elmental, in the end i went for the oracle, any of the three sems fine the oracle just felt the most consistant card.

Another hard decision in demon vs cryptologist, it took alot of time for me to decide this, in the end i went for the demon as I felt the deck needed a couple more big winners more than the super card drawer, very tough call again.

The matches round 1

Game 1 i lead with wavewatcher oracle whilst my opponet only has 3 forest, he eventually drops an island and a spy patrol. I mmake a pennon blade and fully level wavewatcher and bash in, opponet has narcolespy for wavewatcher after being hit once, followed up by a frsot wind invoker, I have an escaped null, with dreadzone and induce depair hand and pass with 3 mana up. Opponent levels patrol and equpis with chariot, i induce in response and he bashes in with invoker taking me to 12. I draw and make a dreadzone and pass the turn oppone has pekula wurm but i have narcolspey from here, giant mindless null equipped with penon blade wins the race.

Game 2 I have tirn 2 wavewatcher, turn 3 blood lord, opponet has turn 3 nirkana cut throat followed by turn 4 venerated teadher. I fully level my wavewatcher and bah him down 10. I attack with wavewatcher but this time he has found a regress off his sea gate oracle, I make skittering invasion with lava fume invoker in hand. Opponet has muldaya channeler for turn and now 1 more mana gives him 8 allowing this tema to swing in for the win in the sky, however i draw, a swamp this allows me to cast invoker and activate to bash through for leathal with my tokens.

round 2

Game 1He has turn 3 beats breaker but i induce despir it, with a skywatcher adept on board,he makes aura gnarlid i make skyscout, he has snale umbra for gnarlid and things are not looking good, next go i make prism plus spulsurge elmental thanks to skyscout untap ability, he adds wild heart invoker and goblin arsonist, next go i oracle into narcolepsy, which i play onn the gnarlid and thanks to skyscout beating in the air am also able to add wavewatcher, in the mean time he has ramped with ondu giant and also has a battle ramparts plus 8 mana for invoker the race is on, he is at 12 me 8. He smashes with indu giant i block with escaped null and go upto 9. I level adept into a 4/2 and bash knocking down 2 after chumping attacking invoker with wavewatcher plus, oracle to take no dmage, if he had attacked with arsonist also. he goes with an all in attck when i block correctly he conceeds game.

Game 2 I have an early skywtcher adept he had a nest invader I play prism, he makes beat breaker and is making a poitn of always leaving one mana open so i narcolepsy, beastbreaker instaed of flame slash, he makes an aura gnarlid i make a dread zone, and flame slash his gnarlid he has preys vengance i was hoping it was might of the masses, he also has invoker put is stcuk on 4 land, i make another dread zone and pass, i use my eldrazi tokens to make crusher, he has traitorus insticnt to steal crusher and swings with everthing, I sac prism and a land, chump, crusher with unlevel adept, trade, dreadzones for an invoker plus aura gnarlid. I bash with crusher and play evolving wild freshly drew. I induce despir, ganrlid and forget to sack wilds at eot not allowing me to play invoker i revealed with induce, i bashh again whilst he has karrgan and another guy, however, wrap in flames lets me through for lethal.

round 3

Game 1 I have adept in to wavewatcher into null he has a last kiss for adept, i fame slash his prapicious ogre, fully level wavewatcher and bash he now has down a pennon blade and a battle rattle shaman with 3 tokens from essence feed however i wrap in flames the tokens and bash again, he has another essence feed and bashes with big penon creaute, I chump with oracle draw and play dreadzone, i chump again and then play pestilence demon which kills his tokens and take the game.

Game 2 I ramp out an early pestilence demon and he conceeds.

P2P6:
Imho the Adept and Gomazoa are both better picks then the Skyscout. The untap mechanic never did anything for me.
I would go with the Adept, because I tend to be a little more aggressive with my decks.

P2P7:
I'd rather hate the Naturalize out of here, I haven't seen a hell of a lot that makes the UW Leveler deck and Naturalize kills your 2 Narcolepsy's

P3P1:
Pestilence Demon is to much of a commitment here. You already are 3 colors and having something that costs 3 mana of the same color is imho wrong.
My pick would be the Cryptologist for sure. Card Advantage wins games...

P3P8:
What would you pick if it wasn't an autopick? I'd happily take the Echo Mage Smile

A couple of things.

Firstly I'm not sure if I will do game reports every match they took alot of time. Hopefully in around 4 months time, when i get my next lot of cash from student loans I should be buying a new computer and be able to get my hands on some recording equipment so I can actually make videos (be warned i swear lots.)

I think with demon as 8 mana i should be fairly sa at having bbb, i never had any trouble casting through out the tourni, though, cryptologist also is a good pick.

I've gone off guard gomaza, its great against uw, evasion but the rest of the time its been unimpresive. Skyscout really shined in match 2 game 1 where his untap abiltiy was relevant every go he was in play.

And yes if it was not an auto pick i think i would have also gone for the eco mage, not many spells to use with him, but he ones i do have should be very good.

Oh yeah and too many nulls:P

P1P2: While I agree that Narcolepsy is the pick, your comments afterwords completely discount Rapacious One. It is clearly the pick if Narcolepsy isn't in the pack, and to even consider taking prophetic prism over it? Jesus christ.

Missed it in the pack when reviewing, Id obv take ogre over prism, as much asi like prism.
