before u waste space on the web play ur deck first. it always loses. run elfball instead. it pwns. u can get a 3rd turn win in which u remove all cards opponent owns from the gain. gain infinite life. get infinite mana and bounce infinite spells. draw infinite cards. play infinite spells. thats what i call efficient beatdown. oh and it runs goyf. goyf is broken.
Noobmellow out... |

Keldon Marauders rather than Giant Growth.
What do you think, do you have enough elves for Vanquishers? |

| Its seems to be enough most of the time, and the giant growth is for getting a third turn Batallion |

| I would think Llanowar Elves would be a better choice, then. |

Most of the creatures are Warriors, so Bramblewood Paragon seems like a really good choice for the deck. Not to mention it is Green AND an Elf, which is all around synergetic for the deck. I chose something like this.
// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// Lands
7 [GUR] Forest
4 [GUR] Mountain
4 [JGC] Gemstone Mine
4 [IA] Karplusan Forest
4 [SHM] Fire-Lit Thicket
// Creatures
3 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
4 [EVE] Talara's Battalion
4 [EVE] Nettle Sentinel
4 [GTW] Boggart Ram-Gang
4 [LRW] Wren's Run Vanquisher
4 [CHP] Bramblewood Paragon
// Spells
4 [LRW] Tarfire
3 [FNM] Giant Growth
3 [SHM] Flame Javelin
4 [DM] Incinerate (2)
Boggart Ram-Gang is Green, he's a Warrior, AND he is a solid creature.
I like Tarfire over Shock, 'cause it gives Tarmogoyf, which is too good not to run, +2/+3.
I really like Giant Growth. First Turn Nettle Sentinal, second turn attack, third turn Giant Growth the Sentinel, attack for 5, play Talara's Batallion...
It is REALLY fun to play, and I love the new green aggro cards... |

4 Llanowar Elves
4 Nettle Sentinel
4 Wren's Run Vanquishers
4 Talara's Battalion
4 Keldon Marauders
4 Boggart Ram-Gangs
4 Shock
4 Incinerate
3 Might of Old Krosa
3 Flame Javelin
4 Karplusan Forest
4 Fire-lit Thicket
1 Pendelhaven
5 Mountain
8 Forest
EDIT: I take out the Fanatics for Ram-Gangs, since Llanowar Elves can accelerate into them turn 2.
EDIT2: and then I don't need 2 Pendelhaven anymore. |
