Could someone explain to me why I suddenly was banned from SolidIRC for spamming/advertising?

You were kicked by Solidirc IRC network. A antispam kick got you.

For the sake of it, I still can't connect, but now i get "Connection refused" instead, any help?

I was banned by a spambanbot as well.

I can't help you though, I was given a message to go some website, I went there, I think I talked to someone and it was fixed. If the same message isn't up for you I don't know what you can do.
