| I wanted to say Ninja of the Deep Hours, but someone else already did, so I'll go with randomness and say Goblin Charbelcher and Grinding Station lol... i used to play combo decks with them when they were Standard (t2) legal |

| Moonlace. Obv the most broken card ever. It can kill every creature that doesn't have protection from blue or shroud (if they have a mannequim counter)!!! |

I really, really love the simple brutality of Hymn to Tourach, but really my favorite card is Disrupting Scepter.
It's totally outdated now of course, but in early magic history, it was really satisfying to play The Deck style control, with your opponent slowly getting whittled down to no cards in hand as they realized that (along with help from Moat, Circle of Protection: Red, or other nullifiers) you had more counterspells in hand than they had legitimate threats in their entire deck.
Good times. |

Gonna have to second Plaxmanta here, just love the card. So many good memories playing it
Porphory nodes would be a second, even though I've never played it.. I had 74 of them at one time, thought they might see some play at some point, finally gave up and traded em for two damnations |

| Wow, all these posts and no one said mine. When I started playing magic and went to my first PTQ, I hated hated hated playing Survival of the Fittest on turn 2 just for my opponent to say "Force of Will". THE format defining card of all time. No one didn't play blue then. That is what the power of one card does to any one format that it's legal in. That is true power. NO to any spell that can be countered. NO mana cost 98% of the time. The power of "NO". |
