Ive tried how it says to connect to chat and everything been to all kinds of links and still no connect.Youd think after all that money it would be accessible.Any help...totally lost.

click the link connect to chat, the starfleet server. it's just you its not that hard

I am as uncomputer savy a person as there can be and I managed it just fine, so gypsy is right its you.
