Understanding that you have a budget and lack of time i'd go with this list

4 Tattermunge Maniac
4 Mogg Fanatic
4 Keldon Marauders
4 Boggart Ram-Gang
4 Countryside Crusher

4 Rift Bolt
4 Incinerate
4 Flame Javelin
3 Shard Volley
3 Lash Out

2 Keldon Necropolis
2 Ghitu Encampments
18 Snow-Covered Mountain

I'd play something along those lines. Countryside crusher is too good to not be in the deck just for the sheer fact that he allows you to draw only business. Brow beat is bad because the opponent makes the choice for you which will always be the opposite of what you want. I understand Mutavaults are great in every deck but not for every wallet. The lack of encampments is just because they come into play tapped and you don't want too many.

Skred would be great in the sideboard and so would Magus of the Moon. Just my thoughts.
