here's a semi-assassin/kill deck. I was trying to find any remove permanents or destroy artifact/enchantment cards that were black, but wasn't able to think of many. I try to avoid thoughtseize because of how expensive it is to buy, and I wasn't sure if it fit the deck theme.

24 swamp

4 scarblade elite
4 nekrataal
2 royal assassin
2 graveborn muse
1 muderous redcap

4 extirpate
4 nameless inversion
2 darkness
2 sudden spoiling
2 cruel edict
2 terror
2 sudden death
2 tendrils of corruption
4 dash hopes

I haven't come up with a sideboard yet, but I have some ideas. Chameleon Colossus is a threat, but I haven't seen many at FNM.

Thoughtseize is your only answer to enchantments/artifacts in black. You must run Damnation and you need more Assassins. Try some changelings, none come to mind right now but you can figure that out yourself.

There are many more assassins, i just don't know which are best overall. for example: hunter of eyeblights, ghostly changeling, moonglove changeling, lys alana scarblade. the ones i've used were ghostly and moonglove changeling. they each have their pros. like once you clear the board with your other assassins, you can pump up the ghostly changeling for more damage. but if there is a big creature, you can give moonglove changeling deathtouch and take him out. and would a profane command work in there?
theres also garzas assassin from coldsnap, but he didnt seem that good. any good websites where i can buy the more expensive cards like extirpate, thoughtseize or damnation?

It is generally not a good idea to run Extirpate in the maindeck because removing cards from the library of the opponent in most cases does nothing. Not until the 4th and counting anyway.

I think that if you are going to play a theme, go all the way. None of the creatures you have in there are remotely playable in a competitive environment. But if you make an assassin deck, winning tournaments aren't the ultimate goal. The whole point of an assassin deck, though, is Scarblade Elite. He is a 2/2 and will be killed at once. So you need some form of recursion.

4 Scarblade Elite
4 Garza's Assassin
4 Murderous Redcap
4 Shriekmaw
2 Haakon, Stromgald Scourge
2 Ghostly Changeling

2 Liliana Vess
1 Conspiracy

4 Nameless Inversion
4 Smallpox
3 Footbottom Feast (p.s get hold of Profane Command)
2 Corrupt

20 Swamp
4 Leechridden Swamp

SB:
3 Extirpate
3 Sudden Death
3 Pithing Needle (get hold of these)
2 Stupor
4 Augur of Skulls

how does haakon help? it looks good, and I think your idea would work better than mine, but isnt the whole deck generally too slow vs. most aggro like fairy?
and what if I face another mainly black deck?

You can't possibly beat Faeries with a theme deck.

There isn't enough synergy in Assassins to make it a tribal deck. As I said, either you build a theme deck around Assassins, or you don't use any of them (except perhaps Redcap, which is good). Assassins are good at one thing, creating card advantage by either killing stuff as they come into play, thus trading 1 for 0, or killing stuff by use of an activated ability (Garza's: 1 for 1 or 2 for 1, Elite: x for 0). So the theme of the deck is using creatures to kill creatures, and then reuse them some more. Haakon is also very good at that, so the deck got two uses for Nameless Inversion now; both fuel for Elite and combo with Haakon.

The deck is all about board control. It kills creatures. Mostly nonblack creatures, but there are some options against black as well. Bitterblossom will of course be a big problem, but aside from that, non-black creature-based decks will struggle in the long term, as the staying power should be quite ok with the help of Haakon-inversion, reuse of creature kill with Scarblade Elite and Footbottom Feast, and Haakon-Conspiracy.

But don't get me wrong here: you can perhaps pack a punch at an FNM, but you can't beat serious competitive decks with this.

If you get all fuzzy inside by the thought of pure attrition war, I cannot imagine many things which would be more satisfying after killing 18 of the 23 creatures in the opponent's deck, then dropping Conspiracy naming Knight... with your graveyard choke full of Shriekmaws, Murderous Redcaps etc and a Haakon Wink

If you are allowed to play the next FNM after that, go with Turbofog just to prove a point!

lol i will. The deck is coming along well by the way. Will have some speed issues vs. faeries, but then again few things won't. Thanks for the advice
