Well, the deck won. Maybe I just got lucky. Also. Reveillark brings back more than just Doran and Viper. Ever look at Tarmagoyf, by any chance? Or, if I edited the deck, how about Birds of Paradise?

reveilark only brings back goyf if its a 2/3 om the grave so there needs to just be creatures and something else, which probably wont happen, your deck seems more controllish then the aggro you say it is why not make it even more controlling and treetop village is better than mutavault in a 3 colour deck

yeah, tarmogoyf's p/t are still "checked" and not just 0/1 in the yard, which is why it doesn't (usually) work with Reveillark and why it -does- work with sutured ghoul in cephalid breakfast.

the best card u can get back is doran yet u ar emissing at least 1. viper is also great. in a list like that u can have 1 ancients and then ahrbingers to bring it up if u need. shriekmaw count eneds to go to 3. 4th in side. goyf is better with profane than rev.

basically... many decks should be splashing white and getting great effects from rev.... but u cant abandon the base of the deck. even the blink deck is good without it... just obscene WITH it.
same with my fish.
same with goblins.
etc
put 3 reveillarks ain a normal doran lsit cutting a shriek and sumthing else.

if you ever play faeries with that deck remember to sb out summoner's pact. I could just see you playing that, then someone playing mistbind clique after your untap for a quick win.

That doesn't work - he may still float the mana.

By "after you untap" I assume you mean "during the untap step."

This doesn't work for a number of reasons.

First, nobody gets priority during the untap step.

Second, even if they did, the mana pool empties at the end of PHASES, not steps, and Untap, Upkeep, and Draw steps are all part of the same phase.

Third, since the first time either player gets priority during a given turn is the upkeep step, as was previously stated, they could just float the mana.

Everything else I have to say has already been said.

Creatures:
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Tarmogoyf
3 Doran, the Siege Tower
4 Ohran Viper
3 Shriekmaw
4 Reveillark

Spells:
4 Makeshift Mannequin
4 Nameless Inversion
4 Search for Tomorrow
4 Condemn

Lands:
4 Murmuring Bosk
3 Treetop Village
2 Plains
3 Swamp
3 Forest
3 Caves of Koilos
3 Llanowar Wastes
1 Brushland

Try that version instead. It cuts the bad cards like Ancients and Pact, and runs a smoother mana base with Bosk's and Villages instead of Vaults.

--- and it runs 3 Doran in a Doran deck, as well as 4 Reveillark which gets to return either Birds, Viper or Doran - needing to die to do so. Forgive my sarcasm, but could it get any worse? If you want to spend 500 dollars on a deck, you should be damn sure it is optimal.

21 lands may be a few short. Other than that it looks like a quite normal Doran deck. Look at the deck section here at the forums, there are good Doran builds there, having won or gone top4 in tournaments.
