this is way to slow, the good red decks in the format play flames of the blood hand and/or sulfuric vortex so i dont see how this is good

ok so flames can't be prevented but 3 Circle of Protection handles whatever they can throw very well.....the red matchups are actually quite easy, I've watched him play like 3 matches against RDW and BDW and he hasn't lost a match yet.....

i dont think aggro takes up so much of the metagame that this can be good at all and even the aggro matchup still looks bad cuz ur deck is rly bad

Because he's running Tribe Elder for acceleration/blocking and doesn't want to lose possible land grabs. It's an ok idea, and it's a lot better than simply building duals and fetchlands.

djww19 is exactly right......you don't need all those duals with eldar grabbing basics and the signets....mana combinations are usually no problem......

gypsy- deck is really bad? c'mon now...have you played it in any games or just label it bad cause it's not beingplayed right now......it is surprisingly resiliant against any aggro deck like gobos, zoo and RDW......the burn matchup isn't even that hard. The problems lie in the control-combo matchups. That's mainly why I posted it, hoping for some ideas against those decks....

If you got lucky and played against aggro for 6 straight rounds and 2 control decks you'd prolly be somethng like 6-1-1 or 6-0-2 or 6-2 my friend really wants to make this competitive, he loved the deck when it was T2 legal and still loves it now......he really wants to take it to indy this weekend but can't get over the rough matches agaist control......Three of us are going 1 playing burn with bob, one undecided and me playing aggro-flow

gypsy, I advise you to keep your tone a bit more friendly. Namecalling just for the sake of it is not wanted here.
