You also can't play Fraternal Exhaultation - made on honour of Richard Garfield's second kid.

Nor can you play Shikufujan Dragon (sp?), Fruitcake Elemental or Gifts Given.

Yeah, but Fruitcake Elemental and Gifts Given are silver-bordered and so disqualify themselves. In fact, the rules specifically prevent you from ever doing what Gifts Given tells you to do.
