Here my own list :

// Lands
2 [TSP] Urza's Factory
4 [10E] Treetop Village
6 [UNH] Forest
3 [PLC] Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
4 [10E] Llanowar Wastes
4 [UNH] Swamp

// Creatures
4 [LRW] Garruk Wildspeaker
4 [TSB] Wall of Roots
4 [MOR] Chameleon Colossus
1 [LRW] Cloudthresher
3 [LRW] Liliana Vess
1 [10E] Platinum Angel
1 [LRW] Vigor

// Spells
4 [PLC] Harmonize
4 [TSP] Search for Tomorrow
4 [LRW] Fertile Ground
1 [10E] Loxodon Warhammer
1 [PLC] Enslave
1 [10E] Beacon of Unrest
2 [MOR] Mind Shatter
1 [LRW] Profane Command
1 [PLC] Damnation

// Sideboard
SB: 2 [LRW] Cloudthresher
SB: 1 [MOR] Mind Shatter
SB: 3 [PLC] Damnation
SB: 2 [FUT] Quagnoth
SB: 4 [PLC] Extirpate
SB: 3 [TSP] Krosan Grip

That deck is really funny to play and imo it could began competive.. Now some "Deck's Tech"..
I run 1x Vigor simply coz it's a nice creature 6/6 trampling and it pump insanely treetops etc... also when u have an "undamageable" Platinum vs certain deck it's GG
1x Enslave.. yes Enslave.. that fucking uncommon it's nice when your opp plays reveillarks since they won't go on grave or they have a 6/8 tarmoshit...
Mind Shatter it's a really godly card when u have turn 3 garruk and turn 4 simply discard opp hand...
Beacon is shuffled each time u play it so u can use liliana again and can return your platinum or take an opp creature..
Profane can kill a creature or kill your opp ...
And a 28/28 Trampling Pro B Chamelion it's a nice beater : P

Suggestion and critics are welcome ^^
NB: i called it CloudRockRamp even if there isn't DeathCloud just coz i run CloudTresher xD

Cut damnation and vigor
get some basic removal like nameless or maw
seems like a fast aggro deck would catch you with your pants down

Be consistent
Either cut the 4 walls and play 3-4 damnations or play the walls and no damnation. I really don't know why but somehow they don't go as well together as one would think....
Personally I'dd cut the walls, go for landaccel. Also cuz the wall is more or less dead vs control, combo and faeries, it's just bad mana acceleration.
Vigor is not a constructed card. It just isn't. If you can't figure out why go read a shriekmaw. It's slow, does nothing when killed, heck it doesn't even do anything if u don't have other creatures out. Chameleon coll is scarier, spectral force is scarier, cloudtresher is scarier. Maybe u've noticed that verdant force doesn't really show up alot.
You need basic removal vs aggro, otherwise game 1 is very hard to win, even if u get a damnation.
U might not be dead at the time u cast damnation, but ur deck is not so controlling that u won't get hit at all after. Burn slowly bleeds u, rogues and faeries evade u (faeries also counter ur damnation, ur gameplan basically is praying that u can sneak a cloudtresher in). Nameless inversion is very rarely a dead card.

Enslave and Beacon are basically horrific as cards. You'd rather have extra damnations or spot removal. also, i don't think that a liliana package is that great of a plan, I would rather have consistency with the option of searching w/ liliana. Platinum Angel and Vigor would be better off as Cloudthreshers, considering how good that card is. At the very worst it is a mini-hurricane for 4. The random loxodon warhammer would probably be better off as a profane command or a damnation. If I were you, my list would look something like this:

// Lands
2 [TSP] Urza's Factory
4 [10E] Treetop Village
6 [UNH] Forest
3 [PLC] Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
4 [10E] Llanowar Wastes
4 [UNH] Swamp

// Creatures
4 [LRW] Garruk Wildspeaker
3 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
4 [MOR] Chameleon Colossus
3 [LRW] Cloudthresher
2 [LRW] Liliana Vess

// Spells
4 [PLC] Harmonize
4 [TSP] Search for Tomorrow
4 [LRW] Fertile Ground
2 [LRW] Profane Command
4 [LRW] Nameless Inversion
3 [PLC] Damnation

// Sideboard
SB: 2 [MOR] Mind Shatter
SB: 1 [PLC] Damnation
SB: 4 [LRW] Thoughtseize
SB: 4 [PLC] Extirpate
SB: 3 [LRW] Primal Command
SB: 1 [FUT] Tarmogoyf

Platinum Angel, Vigor, Enslave and Beacon of Unrest aren't good enough cards.

I wouldn't play 16 mana-acceleration cards in a deck. I would keep Fertile Ground and Garruk, but cut either Search for Tomorrow or Wall of Roots. Wall of Roots is the most likely target for that. 8 ways of getting to 4 mana turn 3 should be sufficient to get one in the first two turns most games.

Liliana Vess is really a card saying "3BB: search your library for a card, then shuffle your library and put the card on top of it. Gain 3 life." since the metagame is so full of evasive aggro decks.

For the same reason, Mind Shatter - a card I really like btw - is a sideboard card. It will be very dangerous to use it (i.e tapping out) vs aggro.

....

Drop the Liliana Vess toolbox theme. Drop the cool stuff. Just play green ramp and black removal, and finish off with the good creatures available in GB. The simpler the better.

2 Dread
3 Cloudtresher
2 Chameleon Colossus
4 Tarmogoyf

3 Garruk Wildspeaker
4 Fertile Ground

2 Profane Command
4 Damnation
4 Harmonize
4 Search for Tomorrow
4 Nameless Inversion

4 Gilt-Leaf Palace
4 Llanowar Wastes
4 Treetop Village
2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
5 Forest
5 Swamp

sb:

1 Chameleon Colossus
3 Shriekmaw
3 Eyeblight's Ending
3 Krosan Grip
2 Primal Command
2 Loxodon Warhammer
1 Cloudtresher

I think this is a nice starting point for a GB ramp deck. It needs tweaking to the local meta. Warhammer may be a main card, for example. It is where I play.

Edit: where the hell is Thoughtseize????? pfffffff!!

SB: 4 [PLC] Extirpate
SB: 1 [FUT] Quagnoth
SB: 3 [LRW] Eyeblight's Ending

Discuss : D i don't like nameless.. if i should play single removal so i prefer eyeblight... quagnot > tarmo in this deck imo..

Enslave is rly criticized here.. maybe u are right isn't so much T1 card but it's really situational.. anyway it's just 1 slot and it's a soft removal....

oh and if you think that i shoul drop the liliana toolbox so i won't play that deck... RG is far better ... the only things that i like in this deck are liliana and mindshatter that R can't play
