| There must be other reasons than Scrying Sheets (for land thinning) for running snow lands. |

using snow land and no using ironfoot (on sb), as much as i love scrying sheets it seems pretty bad in this deck because you use 19 creatures wich makes you playing spells almost evert turn, you aready have draw cards with mulldrifter and telling time (+ the cryptic commands that i'll use instead of remove soul) so you may put something ike urza's factory to win against control or desert or mouth of ronom wich provides you a little more creature control
i have to recomend Galepowder mage in a blink deck because is insanlly good (blinking every turn is tech), but the only thing i see to replace it with is aven riftwatcher (is a sb card for me)
Cryptic command > rune snag > remove soul
all my comments are not from testing your deck, is fom a UW blink i tested a few weeks ago |

The Galepowder is hot stuff. It does have some anti-synergy with Shriekmaw. If you have already R.I.P. the other guys creatures then, you he is a do nothing for 4CC. Aven Riftwatcher is always good. I would move the Teferi to the sb though. That would make room for 2 Galepowder Mage.
I really think that for the cost AEthersnipe is good also. The main issue that I have with Blink decks that are not running red is, the lake of a big body to finsih the game. Aethersnipe helps a lot with that. Sure you can't bounce a land. Playing the mana tempo game is not really what UWB blink is trying to get done anyway.
UWB Blink is a about card adavntage and beating with your guys. It has a lot of cards to get it done. With that in mind I am not really sure about Telling Time. I think that the standard card choice would be Ancietral Visions. Even Think Twice would be better.
Have you ever thought about a toolbox with 2-3 Teachings? It let's you find blink, Rune Snag, a one of Teferi, a one Grim Harvest or Controvert, and other goodies like a one of Brine Elemental (Morph then blink?).
I have tested a build like yours. This where the testing took the deck. |

if you have 19 creatures to play and only have in play shriekaw and galepowder mage them you are not that ahead, besides it's 1 scenario of many possibles....remember that galepowder let's you remove a creature of an opponent
Sower of temptation is also pretty good here...may be a sb card depends on the meta and the player using it
aethersnipe i cant really comment on that guy because i havent used on constructed
agree on the ancestral vision/think twice > telling time |

This is the list that I tested out...
// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// Lands
12 [CS] Snow-Covered Island
6 [CS] Snow-Covered Plains
6 [CS] Snow-Covered Swamp
// Creatures
4 [LRW] Shriekmaw
4 [LRW] Mulldrifter
4 [TSP] Riftwing Cloudskate
3 [PLC] Aven Riftwatcher
3 [LRW] Galepowder Mage
2 [FUT] Venser, Shaper Savant
// Spells
4 [TSP] Ancestral Vision
4 [TSP] Momentary Blink
4 [CS] Rune Snag
2 [CS] Grim Harvest
2 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
// Sideboard
SB: 3 [10E] Pithing Needle
SB: 3 [PLC] Extirpate
SB: 3 [TSB] Disenchant
SB: 2 [TSP] Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
SB: 2 [LRW] AEthersnipe
SB: 2 [LRW] Eyeblight's Ending
I have not really needed dual lands but if you have them then run a few... I thought about some differant things in the sb but this goos vs most of the field.
Merieke Ri Berit.dec is an auto pilot win.
Mannequin.dec is 50/50 gotta keep Finkle off the table. their mana base is better then yours also.
R based aggro is tough as is Elves.
Snow Red Skred is tough if they get 5 mana.
Gr mana ramp is a good match for the most part.
Tarmorack is good on paper. I have not tested it much.
I hope that this helps. |

this can hurt vs mono red match up since magus of the moon is in type. but if you don't have alot of mono red decks in your meta then why not. |

mono red is not very played...most of them dont run magus of the moon because they are not soo mono color, the have green splash to treetop village and tarmogoyf (+ krosan grip/naturalize on sb) so that is not such a problem
the fact that you have problems with aggro decks means that you should have on sb wrath of god/dammnation and maybe the 4ยบ aven riftwatcher + 2-3 sower of temptation (if they burn it or play a bigger/betther thread you can always resp with blink)
what's the bad thing about skred red?? if it is stuffy doll there's always serrated arrows, chandraa you have some flying guys (and blink responding to the burn to get your dudes alive and get dmg in) pithing needle and venser/riftsweeper...but i havent test this matchup i dont know if is any good just that it doesnt sounds that bad |
