Installing Lorwyn-update; How-to.

1. Download the file available at http://www.mediafire.com/?2y92a2d0rvt or http://www.mediafire.com/?ammgamxn1oz (with lands, esbinitsud's for Sealed)
2. Open Magic Workstation.
3. Go to "Tools"-submenu and choose "Analyze/Add/Remove Sets"
4. Choose the page "Add New Edition"
5. Fill in the following information:
Edition Name: Lorwyn
Edition Key: LOR
Check the box "Get data from text Spoiler."
Fill the "Path to spoiler" with wherever you've got the file you downloaded.
6. Press Next Page and then Add Edition. All that data is correct as it stands.
7. Save the MasterType base named master.mwbase. That means the upper grid! If you don't, all the changes will be lost.
8. Restart Magic Workstation.

You're done.

this file contain 281 cards

That's because it doesn't contain the 20 basic lands. In case you couldn't guess, they're the same as in Alpha. Or Ravnica. Or Urza's Saga. And yes, 301 cards is the total number available in Lorwyn.

I'm getting error if i try to generate random deck from lorwyn edition with MWS, is that normal ?

Probably, I haven't tried yet. I'd imagine it has something to do with a different booster split used by Lorwyn, and the lack of basic lands. This one is mostly for constructed. Wait for official for limited.

Sower of Temptation: 2/2 not 1/1 like in the spoiler

I keep getting an error message,

"Current Grid must be MASTER-like type"

Word for word...

ANy help?

Dublin: Choose a card in the upper grid by just clicking on one with the mouse. Basically, your problem is that the upper grid isn't chosen and thus the patch can't be applied.

Ironicus: Press the save 'disk' in the upper grid.

how do the planeswalkers work? can u only use apart of the ability once?

Planeswalkers work as follows:

-You cast them as any other spell.
-You can only use one of the abilities on each of your turns, and only at sorcery-speed.
-When an opponent would deal damage to you, he can deal damage to your Planeswalkers instead.
-When an opponent attacks, he can declare on attack on your Planeswalker instead of you. Blocks are done as normal for both (in other words, regardless of who they attack, all your guys are able to block them as normal).
-When they reach 0 loyalty-counters, they go to the grave.
-They come into play with number of loyalty-counters equal to the lower right number on the card.
-Basically Legendary.
